Our vast array of foam products is complemented by our fibre division which works hand in hand with our Bacup operation.

Cutting
We have modern cutting facilities including vertical and horizontal CNC machinery, therefore, our products are consistently cut to a high standard.
Due to our many years experience and production methods we are able to process orders with minimum delay.
Fabrication
Our fabrication department holds a wealth of product knowledge, allowing us to provide fabricated products of high quality and consistency.
We use only the best equipment and are committed to environmental issues with extensive use of water based adhesives.
Administration
Investment in IT and staff development has seen a marked increase in our efficiency over recent years.
Our Sales Order Processing and Production Planning systems are developed in-house which gives us complete control and allows us to react to change quickly and efficiently.
Transport
With vehicles from 3.5 tonne (high cube) to 44ft trailers, we are able to cope with orders of any size.
We have our own transport fleet of modern vehicles and employ professional drivers who are committed to furthering the quality of our service.
We deliver throughout the UK depending on the size and frequency of an order and are in contact with our drivers at all times.
After Sales Service
